Truly enjoyed this book. Not a beginners text book; advanced maths required. Wonderful to be such a gifted surgeon.. It was more of a partnership. Interesting for a geneticist to see the application of genetic evolutionary algorithms to the evolution of complex mechanisms - who knew that evolution apples to internal combustion engines as well as to organic organisms!. I really enjoyed this book. He not only relied on his skills to perform these difficult surgeries, but wouldn't unless you both were on the same page that you will have a good outcome from the surgery. . Amazon needs to fix this book and send us all an updated version that doesn't hurt our eyes or our brains.. Excellent book, clear,and to the point!!!
