In his book, Celebration Society, Jonathan Kolber tackles this question head on. He never lied about the risk and the patients always new that he would do the best to get the best results for you. It seemed to switch between Swedish & Norwegian. For the price I expected a better quality book.. Good, but if you are interested in Puppet, chances are you know how to apt-get already. it's easy to follow and more systematic. I wish I'd had it years ago.. This is an unusual book. Perfectly awful for my 8 year old. Paul gave "priority to Apostolic tradition. In Health + Happiness = Wellness, I found a "guide" that focuses on my unique self. If your looking for an easy read that is full of twists and laugh out loud events you have to read "flighty". That did not change my opinion for this review.
