I recommend this book to every patient and his family. Truly enjoyed this book. First couple of days I had several extremely critical moments when I was craving for a cigarette and believed I couldn’t manage. If you depend on this author, his information, his books as a source to educate or validate your own information.then you will soon be known as a bafoon!
