He is widely known in the inetercultural and international security arenas, and is a frequent contributor to professional conferences. He lives in Fairfax, Virginia.

This one had a promising start, but then a little fairy guy showed up and I was just done. Farrell and unicorn very magical creatures ( Nerti), fell in love with her. If you have those extra pounds that just don't seem to come off, then this book is a must read.
This is a book that I had to give a permanent residence on my bookshelf!
